This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Generate demand for assigned products within your territory and therapeutic class through scientifically rich medical visits to doctors, government institutions, hospitals, key clients, distributors, and pharmacies.
• Ensure product availability under your responsibility through internal and external collaboration.
• Maintain ongoing training in sales techniques and scientific knowledge.
• Analyze market conditions, including DDD, CloseUp, and inventories, to develop focused strategies and tactics.
• Ethically manage territory resources, including EMC investment, medical samples, and promotional materials.
• Generate demand for medications among high-prescribing primary care physicians and specialists.
• Communicate the characteristics of pathologies and effective, safe treatment alternatives.
• Ensure product availability through pharmacy visits, following up on commercial strategies and value-added programs.
• Verify stock and SKU distribution at points of sale in synergy with the commercial area.
• Follow up on contracts in government institutions and basic formularies in collaboration with KAMs.
• Develop relationships with external customers, opinion leaders, medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Work with hospital residents and visit specialist doctors by providing differentiated service.
• Establish collaborative networks with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
• Increase market share and meet sales targets and productivity metrics.
• Execute EMC resources and marketing activities with target physicians.
• Capitalize on market opportunities and seek new business ventures.
• Communicate commercial strategies and patient benefits to physicians.
• Analyze the territory and implement the tactical plan, making timely and proactive decisions.
• Degree or in the process of obtaining a degree in Health Sciences or Administration and Business, with verifiable documentation.
• 3 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Desirable proficiency in English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
• Technical and strategic skills in consultative sales and business development.
• Ease in handling and adopting technological platforms.
• Responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
• Quick learning and adaptability.
