This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in managing client relationships within the territory.

• Present and advocate for 3M's value proposition to enhance market share.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Maintain and grow existing sales.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market analysis and report on trends and opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety.

• Over 5 years of prior experience in B2B sales.

• Knowledge of the local market and its dynamics.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Willingness to travel within the territory.

• Intermediate level of English.

• Reside in Rosario or Greater Rosario area.
