Representante de Ventas, Mercados Eléctricos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and penetrate new and existing accounts within the electrical sector.

• Serve engineering firms, EPCs, contractors, and installers with a focus on end-users.

• Generate new opportunities and leads.

• Understand and analyze the competition.

• Provide insights on market trends.

• Identify investment projects requiring medium voltage electrical materials.

• Propose ideas and transform them into plans to accelerate billing, organic growth, and product participation.

• Create demand through projects and pass it to the channel for closing negotiations with distributors.

• Coordinate activities with decision-makers inside and outside the company to achieve objectives.

• Manage time, territory, and key accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales (Medium and Low Voltage).

• Technical sales experience with EPCs, Contractors, Installers, and end-users.

• Experience serving both the private sector and government.

• Proficient in using CRM for project management.

• Knowledge of products for low, medium, and high voltage.

• Sales experience and skills to influence, communicate, and coordinate activities with decision-makers.

• Compliance with 3M's code of conduct.

• Time, territory, and key account management skills.

• Understanding of the electrical sector and segments such as Construction, Industry, Infrastructure, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Maintenance.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% nationally.

• Residence in Monterrey, N.L.
