This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Strategically manage your territory to drive profitable growth, penetration, and positioning of the portfolio.
• Manage key clients, execute data-driven business plans, and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize clients and routes based on potential, opportunity, and territory coverage.
• Develop and implement territory plans (weekly/monthly) to achieve sales, mix, and growth objectives.
• Execute promotional activities and commercial tactics aligned with Marketing.
• Manage and develop the assigned territory to increase portfolio adoption.
• Identify customer needs and sell solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate with distributors on sales, purchasing, and inventory strategies.
• Maintain updated and quality information in commercial tools.
• Completed bachelor's degree (any field: Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related).
• Desirable: training or courses in consultative sales/negotiation; interest in the animal health industry.
• Proven experience in sales and territory management (ideally 2–5+ years).
• Track record of meeting objectives (sales, portfolio growth, client acquisition).
• Desirable experience in indirect channel/distributors, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, or veterinary industry or related sectors.
• Skills in client management, consultative sales, and development of commercial strategies.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
