This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.

📋 Description

• Ensure that commercial agreements for spaces and displays are effectively implemented at points of sale, taking into account planograms, contracted spaces, and minimum required stock.

• Monitor compliance with agreements using data provided by the auditing company and coordinate corrective or improvement events with Trade teams from the chains, analyzing progress and compliance gaps by client, category, and point of sale.

• Generate continuous improvement proposals for product display and placement to enhance Share of Space and maximize commercial impact.

• Act as the primary contact between Abbott and the service provider responsible for execution/audit at points of sale.

• Oversee the performance of the contracted service: quality of information, timeliness of reports, coverage, frequency, consistency, and field execution.

• Ensure that the documentation uploaded to the platform accurately reflects actual execution and alert about critical deviations.

• Serve as the operational link between Abbott and the Marketing, Purchasing, and Trade teams of clients.

• Co-create action plans with the chains to elevate compliance levels and ensure sustainable improvements in execution.

• Visit points of sale and branch managers to ensure alignment, feedback, and strategic presence.

• Work closely with KAMs to align commercial strategies with execution realities and opportunities identified in audits.

• Provide feedback to the Marketing area regarding insights from points of sale for the definition and implementation of Trade strategies.

• Collaborate with Purchasing to manage the auditing provider and ensure appropriate service levels.

• Analyze audit information, stock, displays, and sell-out to make data-driven decisions.

• Ensure compliance with key KPIs in the area (coverage, execution, space compliance, additional displays, minimum availability).

• Keep the team connected and aligned with business objectives, providing coaching and support as needed.

• Ensure compliance with Compliance policies in all internal and external interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• University degree: Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related fields (final years or graduated).

• Experience: Preferably in Trade areas, execution at points of sale, or mass consumption with direct interaction with chains and auditing providers.

• Languages: English is desirable.

• Tools: Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
