Reports Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain reports and dashboards utilizing leading reporting tools in the industry.

• Craft and enhance complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to collect reporting requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Conduct data validation and quality assurance to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of reports.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to existing reports and data pipelines.

• Document reporting procedures, data definitions, and technical specifications.

• Assist with ad hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in report development, business intelligence, or data analytics.

• Proficient in SQL with experience in working with relational databases.

• Practical experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience in healthcare, managed care, or IPA environments is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.

• Capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Legally permitted to work in the US.
