This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the quality control and integrity of the program's reporting deliverables.
• Conduct independent quality assurance evaluations of deliverables and evidence packages prior to client submission.
• Ensure traceability from testing objectives through procedures, evidence, findings, and recommendations.
• Implement factual findings reporting discipline that aligns with Agreed Upon Procedures engagements.
• Create and sustain compliance matrices, agency scorecards, and enterprise-wide reporting.
• Develop and uphold normalized scoring models for uniform comparison among participating agencies.
• Oversee document control, version management, and logs for deliverable submissions and acceptances.
• Manage the repository of lessons learned and create knowledge transfer materials and job aids.
• Examine outbound work products for confidential and exempt information prior to release.
• Convert technical testing outcomes into executive-level reports and audit-ready documentation.
• Facilitate consistent reporting across various agencies, projects, and business units.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting cybersecurity assessments, audits, compliance programs, quality assurance processes, or technical reporting.
• Proven experience in producing deliverables that have been reviewed and accepted by clients, auditors, or regulators.
• Background in generating consistent reporting across several projects, clients, or business units.
• Capability to assess technical evidence for adequacy, quality, traceability, and consistency.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, Rule 60GG-2, F.A.C., CIS Benchmarks, and internal audit documentation requirements.
• Ability to develop compliance matrices, testing summaries, agency scorecards, and enterprise roll-up reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python and Pandas, and data visualization tools.
• Experience in analyzing SIEM output, vulnerability scans, configuration assessments, cloud logs, and Active Directory data.
• Strong background in quality assurance and document control.
• Skilled in conducting peer reviews and upholding project quality standards.
• Experience in generating structured reporting across multiple organizations, including executive summaries and statewide roll-ups.
• Background in maintaining lessons learned repositories and facilitating knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Exceptional technical writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
• Must reside in Florida.
• No certification is required at the time of hire; willingness to pursue CISA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is necessary.
• Previous experience supporting an Office of Inspector General or independent audit function is preferred.
• Knowledge of public records exemption handling for cybersecurity findings is preferred.
