Summer Internship – RA/QA – Post Market Regulatory Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Utilize academic knowledge in a dynamic and expanding industry environment

• Generate innovative ideas and enhance skill sets

• Record intricate processes and present them in a clear manner

• Conduct regulatory intelligence tasks to track changes in global regulations and aid in strategy revisions

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for international product registrations

• Observe RA Specialists during meetings focused on new product development

• Support post-market regulatory reporting initiatives to assess device performance and identify potential safety or quality concerns

• Contribute to regulatory evaluations and change notification plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supplier Quality, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program throughout the internship

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, verified at the time of hiring

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven track record of collaboration and relationship-building

• Demonstrated skills in leadership, problem-solving, and organization

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
