This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, design, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts utilizing Epic and enterprise reporting tools.

• Employ Epic reporting tools, which include: Cogito (REQUIRED), Reporting Workbench (RWB), Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, Clarity (SQL-based reporting), and Caboodle (enterprise data warehouse).

• Develop scalable reporting solutions that are aligned with clinical, operational, and financial KPIs.

• Utilize Tableau or other visualization tools (as applicable) for advanced analytics and dashboard creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Epic reporting and healthcare analytics (equivalent to Level 3–4).

• Practical experience with Epic tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle.

• Proficient in SQL with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.

• Experience in converting business and clinical requirements into effective reporting solutions.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare workflows, especially within hospital operations.
