Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Seeking contractors skilled in repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Candidates should possess the expertise to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and analogous items.

• Our clientele consists of high-end companies.

• A strong commitment to customer service is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer's manuals and instructions pertinent to equipment repairs.

• Must have personal transportation for travel to and from repair sites.

• Ownership of hand and power tools, along with the experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications, is required.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is necessary, which can be acquired for free at irs.gov.

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration requirements; DOT/MC numbers may be needed for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must adhere to state regulations regarding the vehicle utilized for work.

• All contractors, including helpers, will undergo background and drug screenings.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) will be reviewed for all driving contractors.

• A dedication to providing outstanding customer service, proficiency with mobile technology, and excellent communication skills are required.
