Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• We are seeking Repair Contractors for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Responsibilities include evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Repair Contractors must specialize in fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from repair sites.

• Ownership of hand and power tools is required, along with the experience and mechanical aptitude to construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is necessary.

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registrations is mandatory; DOT/MC numbers may be needed for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• All contractors, including helpers, will undergo background and drug screenings.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks will be conducted for all contractors who will be driving.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service is essential, along with being tech-savvy with a mobile phone and possessing excellent communication skills.
