Rentals HVAC Branch Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Significant driving to various customer locations on a daily basis.

• Delivery and pick-up of equipment, as well as installation of new or rental portable A/C and heating units at job sites.

• Operates under moderate supervision to deliver product and technical assistance.

• Facilitates technical training sessions and product briefings for customers.

• Diagnoses technical issues and problems, identifies solutions in line with product and customer specifications, and advises customers accordingly.

• Ensures the fleet and necessary accessories are cleaned, maintained, organized, and ready for rental.

• Maintains the warehouse and vehicles for maximum efficiency.

• Completes and submits all necessary documentation, including order write-ups and rental/sales agreements as per policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Capability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs on occasion.

• Ability to climb a 10-foot ladder.
