Rental Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure that bookings are accurately entered into the appropriate systems and manage the sending and retrieval of necessary paperwork.

• Build new business relationships and nurture existing ones through professional communication via email and phone with customers.

• Handle customer calls to assist with inquiries by providing advice, support, information, and recommending company products.

• Complete all necessary paperwork related to vehicle transfers and yard inspections.

• Maintain professional face-to-face interactions, hospitality, and a high level of professionalism towards clients on-site.

• Precisely calculate rental estimates, pursue quotes, and conduct follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced Agent role, ideally within the Hire industry.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and perform well under pressure, both independently and as a team member.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections.

• Excellent communication skills for friendly and clear interactions with customers, even during busy periods.

• Willingness to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring uninterrupted service.

• A valid driving license and a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
