This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Manages customer projects by forming teams, assigning responsibilities, creating timelines, and securing resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Delivers management and customer support while collaborating with sales, clients, merchandising, and vendors, ensuring that departmental standards are conveyed to project specialists, customers, and support personnel.
• Collaborates closely with customers to perform comprehensive property assessments for renovation projects, measuring and evaluating available products while promoting additional offerings to enhance the customer journey.
• Inputs data into relevant systems, producing quotes, orders, presentations, and reports that align with the organization’s mission of providing outstanding service.
• Serves as a communication bridge between sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective dialogue and timely product delivery for renovation initiatives.
• Supervises and coordinates plans and timelines from all involved functions, ensuring adherence to the master schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
• Over 3 years of experience in field project management
