This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage the entire renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of 200–300 customer accounts with an ARR of under $20k, starting from 90-day outreach through to closure.
• Create and implement AI-driven outreach workflows utilizing tools like Claude, Gainsight, Apollo, and Salesforce to efficiently manage a high-volume portfolio at scale.
• Communicate with customers in both English and French during the renewal process, ensuring consistent engagement at 90, 60, and 30 days prior to each renewal date.
• Maintain precise renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility within Salesforce, providing regular updates to leadership regarding at-risk accounts, GRR, and NRR trends.
• Proactively identify accounts at risk and formulate action plans to minimize churn and contraction.
• Identify expansion opportunities within the low-touch book and direct qualified leads to the Strategic AE / SAE team.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure all renewal opportunities are accurately documented in SFDC.
• Work alongside RevOps and Data teams on pipeline reporting, process automation, and ensuring the completeness of renewal opportunities.
• Continually document, refine, and enhance renewal workflows to boost efficiency and decrease manual work.
• 2–3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in French, enabling comfortable management of customer interactions in both French and English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to automate workflows, communications, or processes.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Comfortable negotiating contracts and managing procurement discussions in a high-volume, transactional setting.
• Previous experience in a startup, high-growth tech company, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Gainsight or a comparable Customer Success platform is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Apollo or outreach sequencing tools is preferred.
