This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee and implement assigned OEM renewal initiatives across hardware, software, and service offerings utilizing Red River's CRM tool.
β’ Maintain Red Riverβs CRM system and provide updates on a rolling 120-day renewal forecast.
β’ Work closely with OEM partners, Account Teams, and Lifecycle Services teams to pinpoint upcoming renewals and assist in developing renewal strategies.
β’ Create and present renewal quotes in line with OEM pricing structures, contractual obligations, and customer entitlements.
β’ Collaborate with OEM partners to acquire pricing, confirm install base data, secure special pricing agreements, and address quoting inconsistencies.
β’ Register and monitor OEM special pricing requests and discount initiatives to enhance competitive renewal positioning.
β’ Ensure that renewal opportunities are properly documented in company systems while complying with defined forecasting and data quality standards.
β’ Track renewal timelines and proactively inform internal stakeholders of any risks, delays, or escalations.
β’ Assist in strategic renewal planning by providing insights on install base, renewal status updates, and guidance on OEM programs.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in OEM renewal processes, licensing programs, maintenance contracts, and quoting procedures.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance renewal workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, boost operational efficiency, and refine reporting capabilities.
β’ Provide support to the broader renewals team with quote requests, OEM interactions, and renewal-related operational tasks as necessary.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the IT sector.
β’ Entry-level and advanced certifications in OEM training programs.
β’ Experience within a professional setting.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales or a related field.
β’ A 4-year post-secondary degree or equivalent is preferred, though not mandatory for the position.
