
Renewals Representative, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of renewal opportunities.
• Meet quarterly sales targets and facilitate the renewals sales process.
• Proactively reach out to customers and channel partners 90–120 days prior to expiration.
• Collaborate closely with field Account Executives on shared accounts.
• Create urgency among partners to ensure timely quotes and orders.
• Recognize churn risks early and escalate with suggested solutions.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Conduct consistent outbound activities to safeguard revenue.
• Oversee and manage the complete renewals process.
• Partner with the account executive and channel team.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and natural expansion.
• 2–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred).
• Comfortable handling a high-volume portfolio in: Commercial, Midmarket, and Enterprise sectors.
• Proven experience in selling through and alongside channel partners.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools.
• Bilingual in both German and English.
