Renewals Representative, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of mid-market renewal opportunities.

• Meet quarterly sales targets and facilitate the renewals sales cycle.

• Actively engage with customers and channel partners 90–120 days prior to contract expiration.

• Collaborate closely with field account executives on shared client accounts.

• Instill urgency among partners to ensure prompt quotes and orders.

• Recognize potential churn risks early and escalate with suggested solutions.

• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline integrity in Salesforce/SFDC.

• Ensure consistent outbound activities to safeguard revenue.

• Take ownership of the entire renewals process.

• Work in collaboration with account executives and the channel team.

• Discover cross-sell and natural growth opportunities.

• Implement scheduled customer engagement cadences and strategic account plans.

• Assist in new business sales when expansion aligns with an upcoming renewal.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management; SaaS experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business across commercial, midmarket, or enterprise segments.

• Experience in selling through and in collaboration with channel partners.

• Capability to excel in a team-selling environment.

• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

• Strong organizational skills and capability to handle high volumes.

• Experience with outbound activities, including phone calls, emails, and follow-up cadences.

• Comfortable navigating partner-driven sales cycles.

• Resilient and able to persist through objections.

• Open to coaching and structured processes.

• Possess an ownership mentality and the ability to propose solutions.

• Team-oriented with a commercial perspective.
