This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals beginning 120 to 90 days before the due date.
• Meet or surpass quarterly revenue targets related to retention, growth, and extension of current customer contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to evaluate customer health and implement suitable renewal solutions.
• Keep and present an accurate forecast of renewals within the designated portfolio.
• Oversee the renewal process for several commercial clients simultaneously and ensure organization amid scaling.
• Escalate issues when necessary to assist in resolving customer concerns.
• Recognize “at-risk” renewal clients prior to the renewal date and escalate to the appropriate team members to reduce contraction and churn across all agreements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with our channel and alliance partners to identify and secure joint opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and the Deals Desk as needed.
• Suggest and contribute to enhancements in processes.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and renewals.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
• Demonstrated history of success and exceeding renewal quotas in prior roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS products and pricing structures, with the ability to quickly grasp Wiz's offerings and pricing.
• Experience in a SaaS revenue organization: Sales, Customer Success Management, or previous renewals team experience.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
• Confidence and capability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes in accordance with Wiz's rules of engagement.
