Renewals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete subscription renewal lifecycle from start to finish

• Monitor and advance multiple renewal processes concurrently

• Evaluate customer licensing in relation to actual platform utilization

• Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies

• Deliver customized value propositions and prepare contractual documents

• Keep accurate records of renewal status and customer health

• Direct critical customer concerns to the relevant cross-functional teams for resolution

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing renewals

• Proven history of timely renewals

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

• Proficient in reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and closing initiatives and programs
