Renewal Specialist – SaaS Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively facilitate the timely completion of software subscription renewals.

• Oversee contract renewal terms and engage with clients to retain and grow the Sonatype presence.

• Utilize experienced judgment in complex renewal situations to ensure customer satisfaction while preserving subscription integrity and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to finalize renewals and related expansions.

• Analyze customer renewal data, usage statistics, and subscription history to recommend suitable renewal options.

• Identify upcoming renewals and proactively reach out to customers prior to expiration dates.

• Inform customers about appropriate subscription choices aligned with product and service objectives.

• Organize renewal quotes and ordering documents, ensuring compliance with company policies during execution and processing.

• Support customer success and satisfaction with Sonatype products and services.

• Proven experience in a high-volume activity setting, adeptly managing multiple priorities and competing demands while maintaining focus on primary objectives.

• Proficient in discussing contract compliance, expansions, and product pricing with clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail to guarantee that customers complete contract documentation accurately and punctually.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.

• Willingness to work unconventional hours and/or additional hours to support global clients during peak volumes.

• A keen interest in learning about modern software development and related technologies.
