• Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days prior to the renewal due date.
• Meet or surpass quarterly revenue objectives - retention, growth, and term extension of existing customer contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to evaluate customer health and implement the appropriate renewal strategy.
• Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within the assigned portfolio.
• Oversee the renewal process for multiple commercial clients simultaneously, ensuring organization and efficiency as the scale increases.
• Escalate issues as necessary to address customer concerns effectively.
• Identify “at-risk” renewal clients ahead of the renewal date and escalate to the relevant team members, working to mitigate contraction and churn across all deals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with our channel and alliance partners to uncover and close joint opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Deals Desk as required.
• Suggest and contribute to enhancements in processes.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and renewals.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Established history of success and exceeding renewal quotas in previous roles.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS offerings and pricing models, with a capacity to quickly learn Wiz's offerings and pricing.
• Background in SaaS revenue organizations: Sales, Customer Success Management, or previous renewals team experience.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
• Confidence and capability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes in accordance with Wiz's rules of engagement.
