Renewal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of over 8 field sales and account management professionals throughout France.

• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing customer retention, upselling, and account development.

• Track team performance using KPIs to ensure the fulfillment of renewal, expansion, and win-back goals.

• Oversee and manage the performance of an established B2B client portfolio, which includes caterers and event venues.

• Implement customer retention strategies to optimize contract renewals and enhance long-term client value.

• Analyze sales and customer data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for performance enhancement.

• Actively engage in international business meetings by presenting results, performance assessments, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable leadership role, with direct responsibility for team management.

• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales or account management teams.

• Strong commercial acumen focused on customer retention, revenue growth, and performance achievement.

• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, emphasizing a people-first management style.

• Robust analytical abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable business strategies.

• Proficient in Excel and experienced in using dynamic reporting tools and spreadsheets.
