This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manages all stages of the renewal process.
• Develops pricing proposals.
• Engages in negotiations.
• Creates contracts.
• Recognizes customer needs, addresses obstacles, and implements renewal strategies to retain clients and boost ARR.
• Identifies prospects for upselling and business expansion.
• Actively monitors churn risk by assessing adoption and health metrics in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
• Contributes to the formulation and implementation of cross-functional strategies to mitigate churn risk.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Proven track record of meeting retention and upselling goals.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A business-oriented mindset with strong commercial skills.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate customer hours in the US.
• Language requirement: English.
