• Oversee, enhance, and expand a portfolio of small to mid-sized business or multi-location accounts through proactive daily outbound calls ranging from 40 to 60.
• Generate quotes, carry out closing activities, and process order information to maintain core revenue streams.
• Present and finalize renewal opportunities either virtually or via phone with current clients.
• Address and resolve client objections by effectively articulating program benefits, features, and the value proposition of Pitney Bowes.
• Navigate the requirements and regulations pertaining to lease, rental, and renewal agreements.
• Strategically plan and document sales activities, uphold accurate customer records, execute campaigns, build a sales pipeline, and manage forecasting using Salesforce.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Direct experience engaging with clients in a sales capacity.
• Familiarity with the Shipping or Mailing industry, including a foundational knowledge of carrier solutions.
• Strong background in selling SaaS solutions, ideally within eCommerce, warehouse shipping, mailing solutions, or office shipping sectors.
• Proven track record in client retention.
• Demonstrated capability to close business transactions over the phone or in virtual settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortably initiate 40-60 outbound sales calls at a moderate volume.
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
