Remote Support Specialist, Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Address technical problems and handle inquiries in a professional manner.

• Ensure an excellent experience for customers.

• Record and manage cases in internal systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German (C2) and English (B2+).

• Customer-oriented with strong communication abilities.

• Technically adept with fundamental computer skills.

• Must reside in Portugal.

• EU citizen or possess a valid Portuguese residence permit.

🏝️ Benefits

• Base salary: €1,100 per month (disbursed as 14 monthly payments).

• Performance/complexity bonus: €180 annually (distributed over 12 months).

• Meal allowance: €7.23 for each working day (approximately €159/month for 22 working days).

• Transport allowance: €20 per month.

• Night shift (22:00–07:00): additional 25% on the base hourly rate.

• Sundays and public holidays: an extra 50% on the base wage or equivalent compensatory time off.
