Remarketing Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage closely with the CRM and product teams to strategize, align, and prepare for the launch of remarketing campaigns.

• Establish, execute, and oversee Remarketing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram aimed at enhancing user retention and reactivating players.

• Utilize Facebook’s sophisticated audience tools to target customized user groups and optimize campaigns based on real-time user behavior, interests, deposit history, and more.

• Regularly assess campaign performance and key metrics ($CPC$, $CPM$, $CPA$, $ROAS$, etc.), adjusting bidding strategies and budgets to achieve KPIs and enhance ROI.

• Create innovative concepts for promotional materials.

• Collaborate closely with the design and creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience and support campaign retention objectives.

• Manage and supervise campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spending to maximize returns while adhering to budget limitations.

• Compile regular performance reports, effectively communicate results, and offer actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Facebook media buying specifically within the Gambling / iGaming sector.

• Advanced expertise in utilizing Meta Ads technical tools (Pixel, Custom Conversions, Offline Events, Business Manager setup, CBO/ABO).

• Strong comprehension of iGaming user behavior, player psychology, and retention funnels.

• Capability to create and develop promotional material concepts that effectively capture attention and encourage user re-engagement.

• A data-driven approach with a robust ability to analyze results, interpret cohort data, and make decisions based on metrics rather than intuition.

• Excellent communication skills to convey work results, share testing insights, and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Product).
