Reliability & Efficiency Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conducting analysis and enhancing the availability and reliability of automated warehouse systems.

• Assessing and reviewing system and operational data, including production and operational metrics.

• Creating and executing strategies to boost efficiency and reliability.

• Assisting project management and system integrators with technical inquiries related to systems, processes, and workflows.

• Ensuring a seamless ramp-up and operation while taking into account technical and organizational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis and system operations.

• Capable of working autonomously, in a structured, analytical, and solution-focused manner.

• Demonstrated assertiveness and leadership qualities.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the year within the DACH region and Europe.

• Proficient in business-level English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
