Release Readiness Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee release readiness and learning operations to ensure that product launches are supported by clear and accessible training and enablement resources.

• Manage planning for release readiness concerning learning deliverables, synchronizing timelines between product launches and training publications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including product, engineering, support, documentation, and marketing) to gather learning requirements and confirm acceptance criteria.

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): create and manage courses, handle enrollments, set up learning paths, and resolve platform issues.

• Develop and maintain checklists and runbooks for releases that outline necessary learning assets, review cycles, and approvals for launch readiness.

• Supervise the scheduling and distribution of eLearning content, live training sessions, and enablement activities associated with releases.

• Track learning completion and engagement metrics; generate reports that contribute to release retrospectives and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Conduct quality assurance checks for learning content, ensuring it meets accessibility standards, version control, and is accurately aligned with product functionality.

• Lead post-release evaluations to gather feedback, assess learning effectiveness, and suggest modifications to content or delivery approaches.

• Update stakeholders on the status of release training and escalate any risks or obstacles to ensure they are resolved promptly.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in release coordination, learning operations, instructional design, or LMS administration.

• Experience in release management or planning processes, including coordination across multiple functions.

• Familiarity with various eLearning content types and basic authoring tools (such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar) is advantageous.

• Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple release schedules and associated learning deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination and clear status reporting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
