
Relationship Manager II – Mergers & Acquisitions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee M&A transactions from the initial onboarding phase to closing and post-closing tasks.
• Act as the main relationship manager for clients, legal representatives, advisors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Legal and Product teams to review and negotiate transaction agreements and associated legal documents.
• Offer insights on transaction structures, payment mechanisms, funding prerequisites, tax implications, and communications with securityholders.
• Organize critical transaction activities, including KYC, account establishment, escrow management, funding, payment processing, solicitation setup, and execution of closings.
• Analyze payment and securityholder information to ensure precision, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Lead client meetings, transaction strategy discussions, and issue resolution efforts to guarantee the successful achievement of key milestones.
• Handle multiple intricate transactions concurrently in a dynamic environment while upholding high service standards.
• Guide and assist junior Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers through mentoring, training, and deal support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and smooth transaction outcomes.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Established Book Of Business.
• Proficient in Client Relationship Building.
• Knowledge of Credit Processes.
• Familiarity with Credit Products.
• Strong Customer Engagement skills.
• Effective Decision Making abilities.
• Competence in Financial Analysis.
• Ability to Identify Sales Opportunities.
