Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Discover new customers and lending prospects through direct borrower relationships, brokers, realtors, and various groups within the real estate sector.

• Attend and represent CoreVest professionally at conferences and industry gatherings.

• Initiate contact with potential and existing clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

• Assess the advantages and risks associated with potential credit line and term loan transactions.

• Create term sheets and summary analyses for possible transactions.

• Conduct cashflow-based underwriting for term loans and provide narratives/conclusions regarding the viability of potential transactions.

• Occasionally produce brief and relevant marketing blogs sponsored by CoreVest.

• Achieve or surpass individual production targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Consistently log customer interactions in CoreVest's Salesforce CRM platform.

• Support underwriting and other deal team members as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Two years of experience in one or more of the following fields: commercial banking, specialty finance, or residential/commercial loan originations.

• Must possess experience in Business Purpose Lending (RTL and/or DSCR).

• Hands-on approach with a proven track record of delivering results.

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

• Strong financial background coupled with analytical and numerical expertise.

• Proficiency in Excel, other Office products (or equivalent), and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

• Ability to balance personal initiative and drive within a collaborative team environment.

• Willingness to travel.
