This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Accountable for the strategic planning and successful implementation of a wide array of client initiatives designed to foster mutual growth and profitability.
• Uphold the highest standards of client trust to guarantee client retention.
• Execute innovative and complex projects to completion that align with client requirements and provide sound recommendations to ensure EPIC RPS surpasses client expectations.
• Assist in addressing escalated client concerns.
• Gather feedback from both internal and external partners to continuously enhance EPIC RPS deliverables.
• Regularly conduct on-site or virtual meetings with clients, focusing on growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Identify avenues to generate additional revenue through the introduction of supplementary EPIC RPS Investment 5 and Administrative services.
• Oversee communication among all client representatives, trade partners, trust system vendors, and all levels of internal EPIC RPS staff.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation or other industry certifications are preferred.
• Proven knowledge of ERISA regulations.
• Experience in administering a wide range of qualified plans.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from clients, company management, and colleagues.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legislative changes, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Capable of creating reports, professional business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
• Comfortable working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
• Able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world situations.
• Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions.
• Proficient in interpreting a wide range of technical instructions, whether mathematical or written, and managing several abstract and concrete variables.
• Must possess knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications.
