This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Meet all annual targets related to retention, revenue, and customer engagement.

• Acquire knowledge of Manulife John Hancock Retirement products, features, and services, with a strong emphasis on investment offerings.

• Effectively manage relationships with both internal and external customers, utilizing available resources.

• Display consultative selling and negotiation abilities, enhancing product features, plan design, and employee readiness for retirement.

• Exhibit executive presence and expertise in the subject matter to build trust and influence outcomes that align with the objectives of both the customer and Manulife John Hancock.

• Adhere to all company and departmental processes and procedures, which include preparing meeting materials and presentation formats, travel and expense management, CRM documentation, and maintaining data integrity.

• Assist in new sales and market development projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

• Proficient in consultative selling and negotiation techniques.

• Capable of analyzing complex relationships and achieving goals.

• Strong business acumen and presence.

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.

• Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to formulate strategies and goals while showing capability to adjust regardless of challenges or circumstances.

• Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.

• Possession of FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 66 licenses.

• Valid State Insurance license.
