This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Establish and uphold strong relationships within an existing customer portfolio to ensure the continuity and growth of revenue, secure repeat business, and meet growth targets by executing proactive client renewals (RFPs), optimizing pricing, and exploring share of wallet opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing outreach and active discussions with current clients to identify requirements through Know Your Client strategies. Develop innovative solutions to address customer needs, goals, and objectives. Communicate Element’s value proposition and suite of products and services, manage and overcome objections, and resolve outstanding client escalations, inquiries, and concerns.
• Formulate client strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing client retention in collaboration with Operational Teams.
• Sustain, cultivate, and broaden the range of services provided to clients within the assigned portfolio of existing clients.
• Consistently uphold operational discipline as measured in SFDC (i.e., Coverage Metrics, Forecasting, Relationship Plans, Risk Assessments, Opportunity Creation, maintenance, client + pricing overviews, etc.).
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage clients in executing Customer Engagement Plans (Strategic Consulting, Client Success, Ordering, etc.) to fulfill client objectives.
• Travel may be necessary for this role, as maintaining a high level of client contact and participation is expected.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in strategic relationship management or a related role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Responsible for managing the existing client portfolio for Element Fleet, typically involving Fortune 500 or multinational organizations.
• Must demonstrate strong sensitivity to customer needs, with an ability to identify pain points and convert them into opportunities.
• Resourceful with the capability to navigate within a large organization to achieve client and corporate initiatives.
• Responsible for the revenue growth of the assigned existing client portfolio, including proactive client renewals, pricing optimization, share of wallet, and maintaining current revenue within the portfolio.
• A solid understanding of leasing, rates, terms, financing alternatives, billing, vehicle expense drivers, and the proven capability to service and sell to all levels within a client’s organization.
