Reimbursement Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients

• Interact with executive sponsors and essential stakeholders

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of billing operations

• Create and maintain standardized policies and procedures

• Enhance billing workflows across a diverse range of clients and markets

• Ensure consistent billing performance and cash flow

• Spot opportunities to improve collections

• Proactively identify risks that could affect reimbursement outcomes

• Lead teams and promote operational excellence

• Foster partnerships with clients

• Discover growth opportunities within current accounts

• Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree is preferred

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in DME or Revenue Cycle Management

• Project management experience is preferred

• Strong presentation skills with the capability to engage audiences of varying sizes

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven capacity to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize competing demands

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)

• Experience with at least one industry-standard billing system (e.g., Brightree, TIMS, HDMS, Niko)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience collaborating with global or international teams

• Familiarity with California payer HME/DME requirements is preferred

• Experience with capitation is preferred

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is preferred
