This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assist healthcare provider offices in securing appropriate access to Regeneron products for their patients.
• Collaborate effectively with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams to serve as an expert in processes and payer interactions.
• Develop and implement a strategic tactical plan focused on access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Provide education to physician offices about the coverage of alliance products, specifically Dupixent.
• Foster relationships within targeted healthcare provider offices to aid healthcare professionals in addressing payer coverage challenges.
• A bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics within a matrix environment, including 2 years of experience in reimbursement.
• Experience with products distributed through a Specialty Pharmacy network.
• Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills are essential.
• Leadership experience and effective cross-functional partnership skills are advantageous.
• Proven ability to operate within an Account Management-oriented structure.
• Familiarity with Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.
• Understanding of Integrated Delivery Networks and Integrated Health Systems.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and expertise related to Part D.
