This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support various tasks, including managing referrals from insurers and employers, and coordinating treatment for individuals via our supplier network.

• Collaborate with leading case management professionals to oversee cases from initial instruction to completion, ensuring all elements are handled efficiently and accurately.

• Communicate with insurers, solicitors, employers, and suppliers to gather referral details, arrange treatments, and follow up with clients and customers.

• Develop and maintain case information within our tailored system to ensure a seamless experience for clients and customers.

• Manage expectations and address any concerns related to cases by fostering strong relationships with all parties involved.

• Employ logic and deductive reasoning to identify the root causes of any complaints and work swiftly to resolve them.

• Take a compassionate and understanding approach when making decisions about an individual’s healthcare, considering the perspectives of all stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position, particularly in legal claims or health administration.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.

• Proficient in using various IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and our customized systems.

• Possess a degree or higher qualification.
