
Rehab Product Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales team as an integrated unit to assist in the development and application of advanced Rehab products and configurations.
• Concentrate on ongoing training, development, and support for Rehab products, primarily focusing on Q Logic electronics, for customers, therapists, and VA facilities.
• Maintain consistent communication with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to meet the needs of Rehab providers within the designated Field Sales territory.
• Travel across the assigned territory to deliver training sessions and presentations on Quantum Products, particularly emphasizing Q Logic electronics.
• Support educational presentations and provide technical training as needed in the territory.
• Address and communicate any Quality Assurance issues and concerns.
• Report field data related to growth opportunities within your territory to the Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager.
• Manage inventory of demo chairs, electronics, and accessories required in the field.
• Ensure effective time management and territory coverage.
• Submit monthly expense reports and weekly travel itineraries.
• Assist providers and their technical staff with troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field.
• Engage in VA clinics and activities related to the VA.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management.
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Commit to continuous improvement and consistently exhibit sound business judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with all departments at Pride to surpass both internal and external expectations.
• Must be a team player with a friendly demeanor, professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty.
• Must possess the ability to: • Multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively across various departments as part of a cross-functional team.
• Assemble and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical devices.
• Travel for company purposes and transport demo equipment as required by business needs.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must demonstrate: • A relentless drive for advancement and continuous improvement.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent web navigation capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, customer service, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Healthcare Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment, or alternatively, an Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field, or in lieu of a related Associate Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree.
