This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives to facilitate new business and cross-selling opportunities throughout the US.
• Lead exploratory discussions to grasp customer requirements, business workflows, and regulatory challenges.
• Provide compelling product demonstrations and presentations that translate technical features into clear benefits for customers.
• Assist in formulating solution recommendations that align with customer objectives and foster commercial success.
• Aid in proposal-related tasks, including addressing customer inquiries and contributing to discussions regarding solution scope.
• Act as a trusted advisor during customer interactions concerning chemical compliance, workplace safety, SDS processes, and broader regulatory workflows.
• Utilize your regulatory expertise to help customers comprehend how 3E solutions can enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage multiple opportunities concurrently, ensuring balance among volume, responsiveness, and quality in a dynamic environment.
• Cultivate strong internal partnerships with sales, product, delivery, and other stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes.
• Stay informed about advancements in chemical regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and related market trends.
• Share customer insights and feedback from the field to help guide product direction and market strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience in chemical regulatory compliance, product stewardship, EH&S, regulatory affairs, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), workplace safety, and/or hazardous chemical compliance processes.
• Experience in a customer-facing, consultative, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or advisory role, or a keen interest in transitioning from a practitioner position to a customer-facing solutions role.
• Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to conduct professional conversations and presentations in both languages.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences from technical users to senior stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and take ownership.
