Regulatory Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluates regulatory requirements, identifies possible conflicts, and exhibits comprehensive knowledge of federal regulations and University policies.

• Manages precise and timely processing, tracking, and filing of federally mandated submissions.

• Aids in the drafting, preparation, and presentation of programs for investigators and their research teams to enhance awareness of research compliance.

• Offers support to investigators by reviewing submissions for their content.

• Keeps accurate databases and produces letters.

• Develops and maintains templates, organizes files, and dispatches notices.

• Complies with University and unit-level policies and procedures while safeguarding University assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience is required.

• Learning Agility: Capable of acquiring new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adjusting to shifting priorities and work demands.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with others and contribute positively to a team environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.

• Communication: Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.
