Registry Management Associate – Primary Point of Contact for Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for healthcare providers, sites, and patients.

• Organize and oversee non-interventional studies, encompassing pregnancy registries and retrospective chart reviews.

• Gather, assess, and manage study data using electronic case report forms (eCRFs).

• Conduct remote interviews, execute data entry, and perform data review for the collection of real-world evidence.

• Ensure the maintenance of critical documentation and audit readiness throughout the study.

• Monitor data trends, carry out data cuts, and assist in analysis and reporting.

• Provide support for non-interventional clinical research studies and patient registries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field, or a nursing degree (RN, CNA, LPN), or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.

• Possess confidence and professionalism when interacting with patients and healthcare providers via phone.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle data, review reports, and address queries accurately and in a timely manner.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer systems.

• Previous experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or call center setting is advantageous.

• Experience in data management or clinical research is a plus.
