Registered Nurse, USRN - English/Spanish Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Carry out thorough nursing evaluations and reviews of care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

• Provide telehealth nursing assistance and follow up with patients.

• Examine and reconcile medication records.

• Ensure precise clinical documentation within EHR/EMR systems.

• Assist in delegation, care coordination, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Engage in communication with patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and deliver high-quality patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Background in U.S. healthcare or virtual clinical support.

• Strong understanding of patient assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation.

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or comparable).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance.

• Ability to work remotely during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in Virtual Nursing or Remote USRN roles.

• Background in BPO/CPO healthcare sectors.

• Experience in Prior Authorization or Managed Care.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Experience in medication management and pharmacy coordination.
