Registered Nurse, Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual clinical assistance while training and guiding remote healthcare teams.

• Perform patient evaluations.

• Facilitate care coordination.

• Supervise clinical documentation.

• Ensure compliance support.

• Help guarantee that staff are confident, skilled, and prepared to provide high-quality care.

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and create personalized care plans.

• Review prescriptions, reconcile medication lists, and assist with medication management.

• Provide virtual patient evaluations and follow-up telehealth consultations.

• Ensure precise clinical documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.

• Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on documentation practices, workflows, and industry best practices.

• Evaluate staff competency and offer ongoing clinical support.

• Aid in delegation oversight and enhancements to clinical processes.

• Assist healthcare operations through remote clinical coordination and administrative duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License - Texas License preferred.

• Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers.

• Strong understanding of patient evaluation, care planning, and clinical documentation.

• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).

• Solid grasp of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and nursing standards.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.

• Nice To Have:

• Experience in remote nursing or virtual clinical support.

• Background in training, coaching, mentoring, or clinical education.

• Familiarity with BPO or Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO).

• Experience with telehealth platforms.

• Knowledge of prior authorization, managed care, or care coordination.
