Registered Nurse, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Care Advisor is a licensed Registered Nurse responsible for conducting telephonic clinical assessments, delivering health education, and managing utilization services.

• Conducts triage assessments for individuals or specific patient populations via telecommunications, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

• Employs critical thinking and effective communication skills to evaluate, determine care needs, recommend appropriate actions, and provide educational support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in a compact state where you reside.

• A minimum of an associate degree from a two-year college, technical school, or Diploma Nursing Program; a BSN is preferred.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Experience with telephone triage is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.

• Capability to apply clinical knowledge effectively to meet clinical business standards.

• Proficient in running multiple computer applications simultaneously.

• Skilled at identifying areas for improvement and proposing feasible solutions.

• Must currently live in and possess a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in designated states.
