Registered Nurse, Clinical Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the communication of critical and abnormal laboratory results to patients.

• Ensure adherence to state licensure regulations.

• Record communications and follow up on laboratory escalations.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to guarantee effective management of patient interactions.

• Educate patients regarding lab results and the necessary subsequent steps in their care.

• Handle complex inquiries concerning lab results and aid in resolving patient concerns.

• Act as a liaison with the Clinical Conduct Team to investigate and resolve laboratory issues.

• Support in training and educating the Member Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN licensure with a strong dedication to compliance and regulatory standards. Compact Licensure is required, and additional licenses may be necessary.

• A BSN or an equivalent degree is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in nursing, clinical research, medical communications, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other EMR systems for documenting patient interactions.
