Registered Nurse – Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers disease-specific management and possesses a thorough understanding of oncology principles.

• Oversees chemotherapy administration and its associated side effects, while monitoring and addressing symptoms.

• Engages with patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.

• Records assessments and interventions in real-time within the electronic medical record system.

• Collaborates with oncologists and clinic personnel to effectively manage and coordinate patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN Nursing program.

• Requires a minimum of two (2) years of oncology experience.

• Must have at least 5 years of overall nursing experience.

• Previous experience in customer service and professional phone etiquette is necessary.

• Requires strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Must possess good communication skills, data entry proficiency, knowledge of Excel, and excellent computer skills.

• An active RN license in the state of employment is required; OCN certification is preferred.

• Current CPR certification is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel to the Fort Myers area for an annual meeting.
