Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess OASIS evaluations for thoroughness, suitability, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Ensure precise ICD-10 coding and sequencing relevant to each patient's medical conditions and co-morbidities.

• Collaborate with clinical personnel to address documentation and data integrity challenges.

• Track visit utilization and highlight potential financial risks or underutilization to clinical management.

• Recognize and report trends that influence agency outcomes and process metrics.

• Conduct OASIS inter-rater reliability assessments alongside clinical team members.

• Engage in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance initiatives.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices through continuous education and professional growth.

• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary for patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Californian RN license in good standing.

• 1–2 years of experience in clinical home health.

• Familiarity with OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.

• Understanding of federal regulations and state licensure standards.

• Excellent communication abilities and strong attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.

• Competence in using computer systems and electronic health records.

• Valid CPR certification from AHA.

• Current driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

• OASIS certification (COS-C) is a plus.

• OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification is a plus.
