Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Evaluate OASIS assessments for completeness, relevance, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Ensure precise ICD-10 coding and sequencing according to each patient's medical conditions and co-morbidities.

• Collaborate with clinical personnel to address documentation and data integrity concerns.

• Monitor visit utilization and highlight potential financial risks or underutilization to clinical management.

• Identify and convey trends that affect agency outcomes and process measures.

• Conduct OASIS inter-rater reliability visits alongside clinical team members.

• Engage in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance initiatives.

• Keep up-to-date with best practices through continuous education and professional development.

• Perform additional duties as needed for patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active RN license in California in good standing.

• 1–2 years of clinical experience in home health.

• Familiarity with OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.

• Understanding of federal regulations and state licensure requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and a sharp attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently and manage priorities with little supervision.

• Competence with computer systems and electronic health records.

• Current CPR certification from AHA.

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

• **Nice to Have**

• OASIS certification (COS-C).

• OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification.
