Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive client care by performing thorough health and psychosocial evaluations.

• Track the client’s health status while promoting effective preventative measures.

• Organize services along with educational and training initiatives.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of nursing services provided to clients and their families.

• Conduct OASIS assessments for admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care, and discharge for clients.

• Engage in weekly case discussions, training sessions, and staff meetings.

• Address client-related issues with the supervisor.

• Contribute to the discharge planning process for clients.

• Stay updated on current drug therapies.

• Develop care plans for LPNs.

• Ensure submission of clinical and progress notes within 72 hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

• Possess a current RN license that is in good standing with the state nursing board.

• Familiarity with Medicare regulations and guidelines is advantageous.

• At least three years of RN experience, with a preference for home health experience.

• Ability to provide two professional references.

• Must successfully pass OIG checks, Virginia State Police background check, and national background checks.

• A valid CPR certificate is mandatory.

• Reliable transportation along with proof of valid car insurance and a current driver’s license is required.
