This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver extensive nutritional therapy and weight management coaching through a cohesive multichannel digital platform, encompassing video, voice, and instant messaging.
• Perform virtual consultations to evaluate nutritional requirements and develop tailored behavior change strategies.
• Offer medication management assistance for obesity-related comorbidities under the guidance of designated physicians.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring utilizing digital tools (e.g., scales, BG meters, BP monitors).
• Assist patients with the dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications according to established protocols.
• Apply motivational interviewing and therapeutic alliance methods to achieve sustainable health outcomes.
• Keep precise client records and documentation promptly using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure/certification (if required by state regulations).
• Willingness and capability to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management environments is preferred.
• Proficient with technology, electronic medical records, and capable of working in a HIPAA-compliant home setting.
• CDCES certification (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) is preferred.
• Availability during evenings and Saturdays is preferred.
• Paid training.
